1. TICKET PRICES

  • All ticket prices include VAT.
  • BIB personalization (name printing) is only available for registrations completed by August 25, 2026.
  • Registration will close automatically once the capacity is reached.
  • VAT invoices will be sent to participants in the following month of their payment date (e.g., Payment in May 2026 -> Invoice in June 2026). Invoices will be sent to the registered email address.

Age regulations for ticket purchase

Participants must meet the minimum age requirements for each race category as of the event date (September 13, 2026), as follows:

  • 3KM: From 6 years old
  • 5KM: From 10 years old
  • 10KM: From 12 years old
  • 21KM: From 16 years old
Note:
  • Participants under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian who assumes responsibility and signs the “Waiver of Liability” in the section designated for legal guardians of participants under 18 at the time of the event.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied, supervised, and fully supported by their parents or legal guardians throughout the event.

2. PROMOTION SCHEME

Notes on Group Registration
  • The discount will be automatically applied when the Group Leader completes the payment via the ActiUp or iRace registration portals.
  • The Organizer only accepts communication and information provided by the designated Group Leader. The Organizer is not liable for any disputes that may arise between group members.
  • Register as a group representing a company, club, running team, or a group of friends. You may also join an existing group or create your own.
  • For individuals or small groups, you can join an existing group to benefit from better pricing based on total participants.
  • When joining a group, please review and consider the credibility and coordination of the group. The Organizing Committee and two registration platforms (ActiUp/iRace) are not responsible for agreements between group members and the group leader. If needed, you may choose to register individually.
Applicable Terms:
  • Discounts apply to specific ticket tiers at each registration phase.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional programs.

4. BAGGAGE DEPOSIT

  • Each runner is entitled to deposit a maximum of one (01) bag at the designated Baggage Deposit area for both drop-off and collection.
  • Participants are required to prepare their own bags for deposit. All bags must be securely closed and properly fastened.
  • Valuable items or high-value personal belongings (including but not limited to wallets, mobile phones, laptops, jewelry, etc.) must not be placed in deposited bags. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables. The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any loss or damage in the event that such items are deposited.
  • Upon completion of the race, participants must return to the Baggage Deposit counter to collect their belongings. The Organizing Committee will not accommodate any individual requests for the transportation or handling of deposited bags outside the announced time frame.
  • If any participant finds a valuable item, they are requested to report it to the staff at the Baggage Deposit counter for assistance.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to inspect bags and personal belongings stored in the baggage area in cases of suspected legal violations, or upon request by competent authorities for security purposes.

1. EXPO DAY SCHEDULE

It’s not just a place for runners to pick up their race kits, but a true festival for our running community. Save the detailed schedule below to plan your day and “rock” the Expo Day at Hoa Binh Park this coming September 12th!

NOTE: Opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Try to arrive early to get the full experience!

2. RACE DAY SCHEDULE

To ensure an explosive race day, runners make sure to keep the detailed schedule below handy. Please pay special attention to the starting locations for each distance:

  • 21KM: Starts at Thong Nhat Park.
  • 10KM, 5KM, 3KM: Start at Hoa Binh Park.

Awards for male/female runners finishing First in the Half Marathon (21 km) distance in the following age groups will be honored.

3. NOTES ON CLAIMING PRIZES

  • Awards will be officially announced by the Organizing Committee on race day. Any complaints regarding the final results for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in all distances and age group awards for the 21km distance must be submitted to the Organizing Committee before 07:00 AM on September 13, 2026. Official results and awards will be reviewed and verified before the awards ceremony.
  • Prize winners must present their original ID card/Citizen ID/Passport or Level 2 VNeID for information verification at the referees’ counter.
  • Overall winners are not eligible for additional age group awards.
  • Runners are responsible for paying any taxes related to the prize (if applicable).
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the winner if review factors indicate that the athlete does not meet the victory requirements clearly stated in the RACE REGULATIONS

RACE REGULATION

Pocari Sweat Run 2026

I. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Participants who voluntarily register for the Pocari Sweat Run 2026 confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all information, documents, and competition rules provided by the Organizing Committee.
  • Eligible participants include Vietnamese citizens and foreign nationals who fully meet the requirements set forth in these Regulations and are not currently subject to any suspension or disciplinary action imposed by national or international federations, associations, or governing authorities.

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Participants must be physically capable of completing the race within the designated cut-off time for each distance.
  • Participants must meet the minimum age requirements for each race category as of the event date (September 13, 2026), as follows:
    • 3KM: From 6 years old
    • 5KM: From 10 years old
    • 10KM: From 12 years old
    • 21KM: From 16 years old
  • Participants under 18 years old must have a legal guardian who assumes responsibility and signs the “Waiver of Liability” in the section designated for legal guardians of participants under 18 at the time of the event.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied, supervised, and fully supported by their parents or legal guardians throughout the event.
  • All participants are required to sign the Waiver of Liability provided by the Organizing Committee and agree to all event terms and conditions. The waiver provisions shall apply to cases explicitly stated in the waiver document issued by the Organizing Committee. Please refer to the Waiver of Liability here: LINK
  • Participants under 16 years old must use the identification documents (ID card, Citizen Identification Card, or passport) of their legal representative to complete all necessary procedures with the Organizing Committee, including race registration, BIB collection, and race kit collection.
  • Participants under 18 years old who do not possess or have lost their personal identification documents (ID card, Citizen Identification Card, or passport) must still have a legal representative complete all participation procedures with the Organizing Committee.
  • Participants must agree to all registration regulations, including the refund and cancellation policies of the Organizing Committee, and must comply with all rules and regulations of the event. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel any registration that does not meet participation requirements.
  • Health condition:
    • Participants must not have a history of cardiovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any medical conditions that may affect their ability to engage in continuous physical activity.
    • Participants must ensure that they are physically fit, with no recent injuries affecting their legs or mobility prior to the event, and are encouraged to adequately train before participating.
    • Participants agree to receive medical assistance from the medical team and the Organizing Committee when necessary.
  • Accuracy of information: Participants must provide complete and accurate personal information, health status, and race participation capability.
  • Medical support: Participants must agree to receive medical assistance if they are unable to continue the race.
  • BIB regulations:
    • Each BIB is assigned exclusively to an individual participant and is non-transferable.
    • The buying, selling, and/or transferring of BIBs is strictly prohibited. Any race results or lucky draw results (if applicable) will be deemed invalid if a participant is found to be running under another person’s name, using an incorrect BIB, or providing false registration information.
  • ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS:
    • Participants acknowledge that taking part in the Pocari Sweat Run 2026 is a physically demanding activity that requires proper training and health preparation.
    • The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for any physical, mental, or health-related injuries sustained during participation in the event.
    • Participants with cardiovascular diseases, asthma, or chronic medical conditions currently under treatment are strongly advised not to participate.

1. REGISTRATION

The Organizing Committee officially accepts registrations exclusively through the following two platforms. Participants are advised to be cautious of registrations via unauthorized platforms, suspicious links, requests to contact intermediaries, or payment instructions via private messages:

To ensure the production timeline of BIBs and race shirts:

  • Participants registering from August 26, 2026 onwards will receive a blank BIB (without printed name).
  • Participants registering from July 31, 2026 onwards may receive a shirt size different from the originally selected size.

The Organizing Committee kindly asks for participants’ understanding.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a registration has been successfully processed, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation due to force majeure events such as:

  • Natural disasters: storms, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, or epidemics leading to government restrictions on public gatherings
  • Security or terrorism incidents: riots, terrorist attacks, armed conflicts, or war
  • Government decisions: national mourning or official bans on public gatherings

3. BASIC INFORMATION CHANGES

  • Participants are entitled to one (01) free change of basic registration information.
  • Participants may request corrections to personal information (such as phone number, date of birth, email, emergency contact details, etc.) in case of inaccuracies. The Organizing Committee will support such updates free of charge until August 28, 2026. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

4. DISTANCE CHANGE POLICY

  • Distance change fee: 100,000 VND;
    • Additional fee: Price difference between distances (if applicable)
    • Participants are required to pay the price difference if the new distance has a higher registration fee than the original one.
    • No refund will be issued if the new distance has a lower registration fee than the original registration.
  • Each entry is allowed only one (01) distance change. Participants are advised to provide accurate information when registering.
  • Distance changes are not permitted if the participant does not meet the age requirements for the selected distance.

5. TRANSFER POLICY

  • Transfer fee: 100,000 VND
  • Each entry is allowed only one (01) transfer. Participants are advised to provide complete and accurate information.
  • Transfers are not permitted if the receiving participant does not meet the age requirements for the registered distance.
  • Transfer deadline: August 25, 2026
  • The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the transferring party. Any financial transactions related to the transfer are solely agreed upon between the transferor and the transferee and are not associated with the Organizing Committee.

III. RACE KIT INFORMATION

  • All participants will receive a Race Kit, including a BIB (race number) and other items to support the race. Detailed information regarding the distribution schedule, location, and included items will be published on the official event website.
  • Participants are responsible for collecting their Race Kit within the announced timeframe. The Organizing Committee will not accommodate any requests for late collection and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement caused by participants under any circumstances. To ensure fairness, the Organizing Committee will not extend the Race Kit collection period or guarantee that all participants will receive their Race Kit. Any unclaimed items after the designated period shall be handled at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee.
  • The individual collecting the Race Kit (participant or authorized representative) must provide accurate information and shall be fully responsible for the information provided.
  • Participants are required to carefully check all Race Kit items and verify the information on the timing chip/tag before leaving the collection counter. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any discrepancies once the recipient has left the counter.
  • Participants must compete using their own registered BIB. Any participant found using another person’s BIB without an official transfer approved by the Organizing Committee will be disqualified. The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for the safety of participants using unauthorized BIBs during the race. Furthermore, using another person’s BIB poses risks to both the participant and others, as the Organizing Committee will not have access to the participant’s medical information or emergency contact details.

IV. RACE PARTICIPATION RULES

  • Participants must comply with all instructions issued by the Organizing Committee, including those from race officials, volunteers, medical staff, and security personnel throughout the event.
  • Throughout the event, all participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner to contribute to a positive experience. Participants must show respect and courtesy toward fellow runners, race officials, coordinators, medical personnel, traffic controllers, volunteers, members of the Organizing Committee, and spectators before, during, and after the race.
  • Participants must wear their BIB clearly on the front of their attire. Participants without a BIB will not be permitted to access the race course.
  • Pets, bicycles, skateboards, strollers, roller shoes, or any wheeled devices are strictly prohibited on the race course, except for official vehicles or ambulances authorized by the Organizing Committee, and except for participants with disabilities with prior approval from the Organizing Committee.
  • Participants who fail to complete the registered distance or violate any race regulations during the event will be recorded as DNF (Did Not Finish), will not receive a medal, and their results will not be recognized.
  • The use of doping or any substances listed in the prohibited substances list issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is strictly forbidden.
  • Participants must not engage in any behavior or speech that constitutes harassment, incitement, or violence, or that may damage or negatively impact the event.
  • Participants are prohibited from bringing inappropriate items to the event, including weapons, sticks, sharp objects, or any items that may cause harm to others.
  • Participants are not allowed to distribute or bring materials containing content that opposes the State or the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
  • Participants must not wear attire with offensive images, content that violates Vietnamese cultural norms, or content opposing the State or unrelated to the event.
  • Participants are responsible for reviewing all race rules and regulations provided by the Organizing Committee via email and official communication channels (website, fanpage).
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use images, videos, and other forms of recordings captured during the event, including images of participants, for promotional purposes (including future editions of the event). By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to this condition.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation to any individual for reasonable causes in accordance with the event regulations and the laws of Vietnam.
  • The Organizing Committee may unilaterally postpone, modify, or cancel the event for any reason, including unsafe conditions. In cases where the event is postponed, modified, or canceled due to force majeure (including but not limited to wind, rain, hail, storms, tornadoes, earthquakes), terrorism, fire, threats or attacks, labor accidents, floods, epidemics, unavoidable losses, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, participants will not be entitled to any refund of registration fees or related costs.
  • The Organizing Committee shall not be legally responsible for any disputes arising from participants providing inaccurate registration information.
  • Participants are responsible for understanding and remembering the start times of their respective race distances and must arrive on time to receive instructions and participate in the race.
  • Participants must be present at the starting area within the time specified by the Organizing Committee. Those arriving more than 15 minutes after the official start time will not be allowed to enter the starting area and will be recorded as DNS (Did Not Start).
  • Participants who leave the race course are not permitted to rejoin the race for any reason.
  • Participants must give priority to medical personnel and ambulances at all times and at any point along the race course.
  • Any participant found by race officials, event staff, or monitoring systems to have engaged in cheating in any form (including but not limited to course cutting, use of vehicles, running under another person’s BIB, etc.) will be disqualified.
  • Any individual participating without an official event BIB, or using another person’s BIB or timing device, will be disqualified and may be banned from future events.
  • All participants must maintain professional and courteous conduct throughout the event. Examples include using designated restroom areas, not littering on the course, and not taking items that do not belong to them. Violations of this code of conduct will result in disqualification and immediate removal from the race course.

V. PARTICIPANT SAFETY

  • To ensure safety, participants confirm that they are physically fit to compete in their registered distance and within the required cut-off time set by the Organizing Committee. Participants acknowledge their own physical limits and understand when to stop physical activity to avoid injury.
  • Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with course maps, signage, locations, and directional instructions.
  • Medical personnel appointed by the Organizing Committee may examine any participant showing signs of health issues. If medical staff determine that a participant should not continue, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove the participant from the event area.
  • Participants must withdraw from the race if instructed by event staff, medical personnel, or authorities (including fire services and police).
  • Participants are solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of training and/or participation in the event, including but not limited to ambulance services, hospitalization, medical consultation, medication, and related services.
  • Participants should contact the medical hotline or the Organizing Committee hotline printed on their BIB in case of issues during the race and proceed to the nearest water station for assistance if they wish to withdraw from the race.

VI. EVENT SCHEDULE, VENUE, AND RACE DETAILS

2. RACE DETAILS

Cut-off Time: Participants must complete the race (from start to finish line) within the following time limits:

  • 21KM: 3 hours 30 minutes
  • 10KM: 2 hours
  • 5KM: 1 hour
  • 3KM: 45 minutes

VII. RACE RESULTS

Race results will be recorded using timing devices attached to the participant’s BIB, starting when the participant crosses the start line and ending when they cross the finish line.

  • Overall Results (Male/Female – 3KM, 5KM, 10KM, 21KM): Based on Gun Time (Gun Time is measured from the official start signal until the participant crosses the finish line, regardless of actual start time.)
  • Age Group Results (Male/Female – 21KM): Based on Chip Time (Chip Time is measured from when the participant crosses the start line until they cross the finish line.)
  • Participants may not be recognized as finishers if:
    • They are found wearing more than two timing devices
    • Their finishing time exceeds the cut-off time
    • They leave the course, as confirmed by race officials and monitoring systems
  • Official results will be published on the event’s official fanpage. Participants may submit complaints or requests for result verification (for themselves or others) with clear evidence before September 16, 2026.
  • Participants are responsible for complying with all race rules and instructions to ensure accurate results.
  • Results will not be recognized if participants violate any participation conditions or race rules.
  • All decisions made by the Organizing Committee are final.

1. Eligibility and Result Verification

  • Participants must complete the registered distance in accordance with the rules, wear a valid BIB and start in the correct category
  • Participants must pass all checkpoints and meet cut-off time requirements
  • Race results are verified by the official timing system of the Organizing Committee
  • Violations such as incorrect BIB usage, proxy running, use of vehicles, or course cutting will result in disqualification.

2. Anti-Cheating and Anti-Doping

  • Participants found cheating or violating doping regulations will:
    • Have their results annulled
    • Forfeit all awards
    • Potentially be banned from future events
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to conduct additional verification (images, GPS, camera data, or doping tests if necessary).

3. Complaints and Result Announcement

  • Complaints regarding top 3 overall results and 21KM age group awards must be submitted before 07:00 AM on September 13, 2026, with supporting evidence.
  • After this deadline, results will be considered final.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to revise, update, or revoke results and awards if violations are identified, even after the award ceremony.

4. Award Claim Requirements

  • Winners must present:
    • Original ID (ID card / Citizen ID / Passport) or verified VNeID Level 2
    • Valid race BIB
  • Additional documents may be requested for verification.
  • Authorized representatives must provide a valid authorization letter and identification documents.

5. Award Presentation and Payment

  • Awards may be:
    • Presented at the ceremony; or
    • Transferred via bank payment after the event
  • Winners must be present at the stage area at least 5 minutes before the ceremony.
  • Absent winners:
    • Cash prizes will be transferred
    • Trophies/gifts will be delivered
  • Prize payments (bank transfer) will be processed within 7 working days after verification.

6. Tax Obligations

  • Cash prizes are exclusive of Personal Income Tax (PIT).
  • Participants are responsible for complying with applicable tax regulations.

7. General Award Principles

  • Overall winners are not eligible for age group awards
  • Awards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged

8. Media and Information

  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use the images, videos, and personal information of prize-winning participants for media and promotional purposes related to the event without any additional compensation.
  • Prize-winning participants are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for the purpose of prize payment (in case of absence at the award ceremony), as well as complete and accurate delivery address and contact phone number to facilitate the delivery of trophies, in-kind prizes, and sponsor gifts.

9. Final Provisions

  • Participants are responsible for carefully reading these Race Regulations and all rules of the event. These Regulations constitute the official source of information and shall prevail in all cases.
  • In all circumstances, the decisions of the Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.

  • Participants are required to prepare their own bags for deposit. All bags must be securely closed and properly fastened.
  • Valuable items or high-value personal belongings (including but not limited to wallets, mobile phones, laptops, jewelry, etc.) must not be placed in deposited bags. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables. The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any loss or damage in the event that such items are deposited.
  • Upon completion of the race, participants must return to the Baggage Deposit counter to collect their belongings. The Organizing Committee will not accommodate any individual requests for the transportation or handling of deposited bags outside the announced time frame.
  • If any participant finds a valuable item, they are requested to report it to the staff at the Baggage Deposit counter for assistance.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to inspect bags and personal belongings stored in the baggage area in cases of suspected legal violations, or upon request by competent authorities for security purposes.

X. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Any individual who does not agree with any provision of these Regulations must submit a request at least 10 days prior to the event date, clearly stating the reasons and await approval from the Organizing Committee.

XI. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

Violations of these Regulations and professional rules will be subject to sanctions imposed by the Organizing Committee. Serious violations may be handled in accordance with Decree No. 158/2013/ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government on administrative penalties in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, and advertising.

XII. APPENDIX

  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend, supplement, or revoke all or part of these Regulations based on actual circumstances.
  • Participants shall be bound by any amendments or supplements made prior to the event date.
  • Failure to comply with the Regulations, including any updates, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of results and awards.
