REGISTRATION AGE REQUIREMENTS
Eligible age is calculated as of September 13, 2026:
- 3KM: Participants must be 6 years or older
- 5KM: Participants must be 10 years or older
- 10KM: Participants must be 12 years or older
- 21KM: Participants must be 16 years or older
Notes:
- Participants under 18 years old must have a legal guardian who agrees to the terms and conditions stated in the Pocari Sweat Run 2026 Waiver for Minors at the time of registration.
- Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the race.

REGISTRATION NOTES
- All ticket prices include VAT.
- The right to have your name printed on the BIB is available for registrations completed before August 25, 2026.
- Registration will close automatically once all slots are filled.

PAYMENT NOTES
- Invoices will be issued in the month following successful payment. Example: Payments made in May 2026 → Invoice issued in June 2026.
- Invoices will be sent to the email address used for event registration.
- Successful payment at any phase will apply the pricing of that respective registration phase.

GROUP PROMOTION POLICY
- Group promotions are applied starting from the Early Bird phase.
- The promotion will be directly deducted when the group leader completes the payment through one of the two registration platforms, ActiUp or iRace.
- The Organizing Committee will only work with the information provided by the group leader who makes the payment. Any disputes arising among group members will not be the responsibility of the Organizing Committee

GROUP REGISTRATION
- Register as a group representing a company, club, running team, or a group of friends. You may also join an existing group or create your own.
- For individuals or small groups, you can join an existing group to benefit from better pricing based on total participants.
- When joining a group, please review and consider the credibility and coordination of the group. The Organizing Committee and two registration platforms (ActiUp/iRace) are not responsible for agreements between group members and the group leader. If needed, you may choose to register individually.
