  • AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR TICKET PURCHASES

    Legal participation age is as of November 2, 2024
    • 3KM DISTANCE: From 6 years old and up
    • 5KM DISTANCE : From 10 years old and up
    • 10KM DISTANCE : From 14 years old and up
    • 21KM DISTANCE From 16 years old and up
    Note:
    Children under 13 years old must participate with an adult.
    Runners under 18 years old must have the permission of their parents or legal guardian with a signature on the PSR 2024 Waiver Form in the SECTION FOR LEGAL GUARDIANS FOR RUNNERS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD before the event day.

  • Notes on Ticket Purchase

    - Please refer to the Standard Package and Better Package information before registering to make the appropriate choice.
    - Ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.
    - The right to have your name printed on the BIB is only for runners who successfully register by the end of the Regular phase.
    - The system will close registration once the number of participants is full.

  • Notes on Ticket Payment

    - Red invoices will be sent within 15 days of working after successful payment confirmation. Invoices will be sent to the email address used to register for the event on ActiUp.net

  • Notes on Group Discounts and 5-Year Special Offers

    - The discount will be directly applied when the group leader makes the payment at the ActiUp ticket selling platform.
    - After successful confirmation of payment from ActiUp, the group leader please fill out the information to receive Pocari Sweat products + Complimentary BIB: HERE.
    - The Organizer only accepts to work with the information provided by the Payment Group Leader, if any disputes occur between group members, the Organizer is not responsible.
    - For the 5th, 50th, 500th, and 5000th successful runners. The Organizer will announce the information on the Pocari Sweat Vietnam fanpage and contact the winners directly to deliver their prizes.

  • Group buying note

    - Group registrations include registrations according to the company, club, or running group that you join. Alternatively, you can also register a group with your friends or family.
    - For individuals, to enjoy group incentives, you can choose to join groups, and buy group tickets to get more discounts with a larger number of participants. In the case of individuals participating in spontaneous groups, you should consider the credibility of the group you are participating in. The Organizer and ActiUp will not be responsible for agreements and exchanges between members and group leaders. In that case, you might consider purchasing individual tickets.

  • Terms and conditions

ION SUPPLY DRINK FOR RUNNERS

POCARI SWEAT is the ion supply drink from Japan, helping to quickly rehydrate the body, especially when sweating and dehydration during sports activities.
To prepare mentally and physically for PSR 2024, practice and rehydrate with Pocari Sweat according to the following notes:

  • Drink Pocari Sweat ion supply drink 200 - 500ml Before running

  • Rehydrate quickly with Pocari Sweat 200 - 300ml Every 20 minutes of running

  • For every 500g of weight lost, drink Pocari Sweat 500 - 700ml After running
