  • What are the registration timeline of Pocari Sweat Run 2024?

    There are 4 registration phases that Runners need to note:

    • Super Early Bird: 12:00PM July 1, 2024 – 12:00PM July 2, 2024
    • Early Bird: 12:00PM July 2, 2024 – July 31, 2024
    • Regular: August 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
    • Late: September 1, 2024 – September 30, 2024

    Runners should buy tickets at the super early bird or early bird phase to receive the best offers from PSR 2024.

     For Group Tickets and Promotion

    Note:
    – The discount will be directly applied when the group leader makes the payment at the ActiUp ticket selling platform.
    – For Pocari Sweat products & Free BIB:
    ◦ After successful confirmation of payment at the ActiUp ticket selling platform, the group leader please fill out the information to receive Pocari Sweat products + Free BIB. HERE.
    ◦ The Organizer only accepts to work with the information provided by the Payment Group Leader, if any disputes occur between group members, the Organizer is not responsible.

    Term and conditions
    – Promotion applies to each fare level at each time of registration.
    – Do not apply many promotions at the same time.
    – Application term: Applied until payment gate is closed.

  • What are the payment methods?

    The payment method of the race is applied as the payment method of the Official Ticketing Partner of PSR 2024, ActiUp. Detail: HERE (7. Payment process)

  • If I do not participate the race, will I get a refund?

    After completing the registration, runners will not be refunded the registration fee for any reason.

  • What is the age of participation can join the race?

    Runners must meet the age requirements for each distance as of the event date (02 – 03/11/2024) as follows:
    • 3KM distance: From 6 years old and up
    • 5KM distance: From 10 years old and up
    • 10KM distance: From 14 years old and up
    • 21KM distance: From 16 years old and up
    – To ensure safety on the course, runners under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in accordance with the provisions of the law throughout the competition time of the respective distance.
    – Runners under the age of 18 need to obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian by signing the PSR 2024 Waiver in the LEGAL GUARDIAN SECTION FOR RUNNERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

  • How do I know if my registration was successful?

    After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation email of successful registration. You can check your registered information on the participant list page: HERE

  • What documents do I need to prepare when I pick up Race Kit?

  • What if I have question on the day of the event?

  • What if don't feel well during the run?

    To ensure safety during the race, Runners need to seriously follow the following notes:

    –  Register for a distance that is suitable for your health condition. Pay attention before running and during the run, if you feel any health problems, take the initiative to stop immediately.

    – Well prepare for the race.

    – Rehydrate fully before, during and after your run with Pocari Sweat ion supply drink.

    – EMERGENCY SITUATION: If you are lost, in an emergency, or have any health problems, turn the back of the BIB and call the emergency hotline number, as well as use your route map (Printed on the back of the BIB) to identify and provide your location to the organizers. In case of force majeure: look for volunteers or people around to help contact the medical team of the race.

  • Changing the route

    The organizers can change the route before or during the race if necessary, so please pay attention to the directions and signs throughout the running route and follow them.
