HOW TO REGISTER THE RACE?
WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION TIMELINE OF POCARI SWEAT RUN 2021?
The race has 3 registration time that runners should note:
- Early bird: June 19, 2021 - August 31, 2021
- Regular: September 1, 2021 - October 31, 2021
- Late: November 1, 2021 - November 20, 2021
The sooner you buy, the better deal you get. Please keep in mind these important registration time
WHAT ARE PROMOTIONS OF POCARI SWEAT RUN 2021?
For PSR 2020 Runners
- 10% off when register
- Enter the ID/Passport number you used to register for PSR 2020 in the "Apply promo code" at the ticket purchase page of 123Go
- In case you have trouble entering the discount code (ID/Passport number) when buying tickets, please fill out the following form for instructions on how to handle it: HERE
- This promotion only apply for runners named in the official list of Pocari Sweat Run Vietnam 2020. Not applicable to the case of buying, selling, exchanging tickets, transferring tickets but not changing names.
For ticket group
- Buy 10 tickets get 5% off
- Buy 20 tickets get 10% off
- Buy 30 tickets, get 15% off
- Buy 50 tickets and more get 20% off
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Promotion applies to each fare level at each time of registration.
- The program is only applicable for each individual transaction (excluding transactions for promotion).
- Do not apply many promotions at the same time.
- Application term: Applied until payment gate is closed.

IF I DO NOT PARTICITPATE THE RACE, WILL I GET A REFUND?
After completing the registration, runners will not be refunded the registration fee for any reason. Please read the details in the "Race Information" at "Race regulation". Click here to read more.

WHAT IS THE AGE OF PARTICIPATION CAN JOIN THE RACE?
Runner age as of 11/21/2021
- Distance of 5Km: Runners greater than or equal to 6 years old (Note: If you want to buy tickets for your kids from 6 - 12, you must accompany them with official tickets. One adult can accompany with a maximum of 2 kids)
- Distance of 10Km: Runners greater than or equal to 16 years old
- Distance of 21Km: Runners greater than or equal to 18 years old
*Note: Any Participant below the age of 18 in Year 2020 is required to seek parental/guardian consent. Their parent/ guardian need to sign on the Liability Waiver forms before participating the event. Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any Participant that fails to complete the aforementioned requirements.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY REGISTRATION WAS SUCCESSFUL?
After completing the registration, you will receive an email with the confirmation of successful registration. For any reason if you do not receive the email confirmation, please contact us in the following ways:

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PREPARE WHENT I PICK UP RACE KIT?
Runners need to prepare.
- ID card or Birth Certificate (for runners under 12 years old and do not have a passport) or Passport (Hard copy or Picture)
- Registration confirmation email (Hard copy or Picture)
- Waiver (only accept Hard copy)/ Authorization letter(only accept Hard copy)
Authorized person need to prepare
- Waiver (only accept Hard copy)/ Authorization lette signed by every runner (only accept Hard copy)
- ID card / Passport of every runner (Hard copy or Picture)
- Registration confirmation email of every runner (Hard copy or Picture of Email)
- ID card or Passport of the Authorized person (Hard copy or Picture)
- Organizer has permission to reject your race-kit receiving if you don’t follow regulation
WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTION ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

WHAT IF I DON’T FEEL WELL DURING THE RUN?
The Organizing always arranges Medical stations along the way to support or you can stop at the Water Station or Nutrition Station to receive support from volunteers or to be notified to the clinic nearest. At the same time, the Organizing will allocate mobile nurses along the way to provide you the best medical support.
CHANGING THE ROUTE:
The Organization can change the race route before or on the race if it's neccesary. Therefore, you should pay attention to the signals marked on the road and follow them.
